  1. Du Yi Chu 都一处

Du Yi Chu restaurant in ‪Beijing has enjoyed a history of more than 270 years since it opened in 1738 during the reign of the Emperor Qianlong. The ‪‎shaomai (烧麦 steamed pork dumplings) = are delicious, and each of the very thin wrappers is carefully twisted into at least 24 folds.

2. Sha Guo Ju 砂锅居
